Alex sits in a cavern underneath Mt.Aleph sometime after the events of TLA, awaiting his chance to return to the surface.....or something like that.

Nice work here, presenting the darkness that surrounds Ace... erm, Alex (hey, that's his codename). XD

Dark Dawn confirms his return, but it also confirms something else, with regards to the official world map.

Alright.

The World Map consists of essentially Angara (although the map confirms that the Northern Reaches of Prox and the Mars Lighthouse are actually part of the continent), a few tiny islands, and the northern part of the Great Eastern Sea... and that's it.

Granted, deep fissures seperate much of the other parts of the world, but in some ways, this is exactly a lot like the layout of the original Golden Sun world.

Hopefully, this means that, if there is a fourth installment, we can see how the rest of Weyard turned out.

hmmm, I do wonder indeed if Alex would also be in this game... I mean, it was never showed if alex was able to beat the wise one in the end... you only saw mt. aleph go down with alex on it... the character shot seems like him, but I dont really see a resemblance in the boy with the mask to be honest... besides, alex would've been over 50 years old by now, concidering the game takes place 30 years later, and everybody had grown up since then...

Alex should have been 17-20 during TLA, so he would only be in his 40s really, the same as Isaac, Garet and the rest of the main characters. Although Isaac doesn't look 40 and Kraden doesnt appear to have aged at all, so I don't think time flows the same as before since the Golden Sun rose.
